Anyone purchased these and recommend these adapters? I connect my phone via cable every time and I'd love wireless AA

    • I'd be interested in some insight also as the Amazon listings are confusing between all the different models. For myself I'd like the versatility of having both AA & CP. Been also looking at getting one that can also store it's own apps & run YT, Netflix etc on it's own.

      • That would be awsome to be able ro play yt netflix in my car without needing to download untrusted app on my phone. My car also supports mirror link but i my phone ( samsung fold 3) dont support mirrorlink anymore.

    • I have the Motorola MA1 that was developed in collaboration with Google. It is quite unreliable. I don't know anyone who doesn't have issues with wireless AA in general. Can't drive past a cell phone tower without the signal dropping out and the head unit crashing, even if the frequencies of the cell tower aren't supposed to be near 5GHz.

The one in this deal supposedly supports 2.4GHz - I thought wireless AA was 5GHz by definition?

  • I have used Carlinkit 4.0 and they work well. The only annoying thing is it takes upto a minute to connect. Also make sure to buy from official retailer that give 1 year warranty. Mine stopped working after 6months.

  • Hi OP, will it work seamlessly for two user one with Android and one with Iphone using same car?

  • I have the carlinkit and it connects in less than 30 seconds.
In certain areas (might be towers etc) it does crash but then restarts in 20 seconds or so. Not very often but it is always in a particular area.
It will use more battery power from your phone as opposed to being plugged in and I would suggest if you're doing a long drive to simply plug it in instead of wireless.

  • Compatible Cars: This product only works for vehicles with factory CarPlay or Android Auto, not for Aftermarket Android Screen Cars.

Just to add, if you have an aftermarket stereo with Wired Android Auto or Apple Carplay (your Kenwoods, Pioneers, JVCs etc), this product can equally work to convert them into Wireless.

  • I have A2A and Carsifi. Both work well for single phones, the A2a a little slower and doesn't to google assistant as good as Carsifi. But hands down if you share the car with another phone and want quick starting and seamless assistant then the Carsifi is the best unit, the magic button works really well. Both also work with aftermarket AA head units.

  • I have this model and a ottocast. This model is alot slower responding, has occasional issues connecting and crashes occasionally also(very frustrating). I think this also may be subjective to the vehicle. The ottocast would be a better buy however more expensive it's worth it.
