    I found the coupons barely cancelling out the delivery and the markups and service fees. If you happen to live around the restaurants and can pick up quickly then there are almost no benefits. That’s if you don’t order much. If you order for 2 or more ppl then it’s almost always more expensive than ordering directly from the restaurant for pickup.

    So it’s good for those days when you feel lazy, but not as good as the other deals from Hungry Jacks or KFC… imho.

      I'll only use the delivery coupons for free delivery restaurants. If you choose "delivered by menulog" the there will be a 10% service charge in addition to the delivery fee and any holiday/weekend surcharges

      On Monday to Wednesday, they have 99c delivery (excludes maccas, kfc etc). Service fee would still apply, but you could probably get a meal delivered for around $7-10

        i only use these on monday-wednesday with 99c delivery for lunch.

        2 large coffees and a bowl of wedges for $7 delivered

        a few months back. maccas offered free delivery on menulog. i ordered 20 nuggets, large fries with maccas coffee for $7.50. best deal i got off menulog.

        menulog and maccas ended free delivery. i guess cos maccas got raped.

      I find with these codes, even with fees plus delivery it works out considerably cheaper than going into a lot of places and buying the same thing without a code. You mileage will obviously vary.

    Just be sure to check the prices locally with the restaurant as menulog added $13 extra ($5 more per main and $3 for sides) to my local chinese order then offered me $10 off for pick up which meant I was still paying $3 more than calling the restaurant directly

        Indirectly, it is Menulog as they used to take 30% cut(not sure about current %) so restaurant's increase the price accordingly on Menulog. Remember, ultimately it's always the customer who will be charged sooner or later. Look at all this credit/debit card surcharge, most business are passing it on to customer and they are charging even more than the bank is charging them. It's basically we are paying surcharge to transfer our own hard earned taxed money from our account to theirs.

    I notice the change-the-post-code trick no longer works on some restaurants - when you try it will say the restaurant doesn't deliver there. Still works on some others so I'm guessing the restaurants are noticing, don't like it and are refining their delivery order requirements.

      Not a menulog GC per se, but you can use Ultimate Eats (has to be the Visa version, not EFTPOS), TCN Restaurant, or Restaurant Choice cards to pay.
