  • Note pass validity starts from purchase, so best to purchase same day of visit if before May 14 or on May 14.

    • Is this new? Previous passes I purchased started on first visit, which had to be within X months of purchase (I forget).

      • It’s been in place for passes purchased directly from the park for awhile.

RACQ/passes purchased through 3rd parties are not however.

    • Bought my annual pass online last month and the validity starts from the day I entered. Not sure if it change now

  • Life insurance included?

To be clear, I wasn’t making a joke. I legitimately hate this company and the fact they’re still aloud to operate and that anyone could ethically give them a cent.

        What happened?

        • +1

Google "Deaths at Dreamworld". There's multiple incidents.

          • @FSTB: Unless you’re counting a helicopter crash from an external company there’s not “multiple incidents”.

      • I'm the same with my family, we'll never go again.

what a horrible thing to say.

unless you say this about every comlany that puts people at risk.

which i doubt you actually do.

Associated with Dreamworld or one of the other parks I’m guessing?

          • @PainToad: guessed wrong.

you dont have to work for them to enjoy going every year.

      @PainToad @Jessie Ryder

So lovely to see you guys return after a year just to beat a dead horse, if the park isn’t for you feel free to move along :)

Nope. I’ll be back the next deal too.

@JordanM Same, I'm not going anywhere.

Also… they just spent $2.7m of Taxpayers money allocated for Koala research on a their new coaster…….
        Disgraceful really.

I would blame the government for repurposing those funds if you have an issue.

Personally I don’t like the billions being spent on the Brisbane Olympics but I don’t blame the IOC for awarding it to Brisbane.

          • @JordanM: Are you really trying to imply it was the Govts idea to repurpose those funds….

            • -1

@Jessie Ryder: No, and anyone with a basic comprehension of English wouldn’t suggest I implied that.

Just that the government had to approve any such change, Village Roadshow Theme Parks was also a recipient of “tax payer money” as part of covid recovery FYI.

  • Deal has been extended, no end date currently listed on the promotion

  • End date is 5th of June as per their website. "Don't miss out, offer ends on Monday 5 June!"

can someone confirm whether the expiry of these ticket start from date of purchase or date of first entry.

i know it says date form purchase, but another member here said they bought them last month and it was from date of first entry like the previous deals.
