I would be careful in buying from the online Samsung store. Its a hit and miss..
I've been waiting for my dryer for 2 months now and it's apparently been "delivered" 3 times. Each time I have to either call them or online chat to figure out what's going on. most of the time it's a long 20-30 minute conversation about them escalating it further up.
Isn't going anywhere.
cancelling the order also isn't apparently easy as the order is "out on delivery" so they will have to get it back and then it'll take them 30 days to sort out.Agreed. Purchasing from their online store is a nightmare.
I had a good experience last year when I purchased my A73. Must have been lucky.
I have purchased probably 4 or 5 phones now over the years with the Samsung edu store, mostly all with big bonus trade offers and have had no issues with the process, delivery or service. Of course there's always a few unlucky people who get the run around, but don't be scared to buy from Samsung directly. I have noticed that the delivery tracking on the website is delayed, but you can just look it up on Startrack or Auspost instead.

My cousin purchased a soundbar and it was delivered (much to my surprise) after being delayed several times.
He called up to ask for the tax invoice and they said his order hasn't processed yet. He replied with "It's literally in my living room".
The consultant kept calling my cousin "Edward" who was the persons name that warm transferred the call to the correct department.
They basically don't know their ass from their elbow. You may as well be dealing with Telstra.
I for one ain't about to get fooled by their special offers and discount codes, that's for certain.There is this odd chance that you might end up with more than one dryer😁

Yes, the watch should be automatically added to your cart when you add the phone. There's a banner on the main page you can use to click through to the eligible devices.

BTW anyone got the SC+ Care Lite included on their purchase ?? I am waiting for Samsung to confirm my order's SC + Care Lite on email. They said its not showing on order but they are contacting relevant department.

Honestly a great deal if you want a galaxy watch to go with
