92 points. Ken Gargett : "For many years, winelovers would moan that the chances of finding enjoyable Pinot Noir for twenty bucks or less was on a par with finding an orangutan in your backyard. We have one for you. The wine spent nine months in French oak, 10% of it new, though you’d never know it, such is the seamless integration. The nose offers lovely dried herbs and plums, bright floral notes and red fruits. Mid-weight in style, it is a wine of medium length, though one feels it is building to something and, over the next few years, expect more. There is a delicious cherry liqueur character on the palate too. Lovely drinking today and over the next three to four years – this is a very well made Pinot."

    Huge fan of Bec Hardy wines. Will say for this one I saw it's $15 at Dan Murphys and it's only 3.6 in vivino (which is on the higher side of average wine, but not exceptional value as SA does exceptional reds).

    These reasons I'm not sure if this is a great deal, if I have to roll the dice on 12 bottles

      Thanks @sickllama - it’s not distributed in Dan’s. Very few of our wines are. I think the listing relates to the prior vintage on Dan’s Marketplace which we no longer use for a variety of reasons.

      The key to this wines is Ken’s point - if you’re a Pinot Noir drinker then a Pinot that tastes like Pinot at this price point is a rarity. That’s the essence of the offer. Cheers! RD :-)

        Fair enough! I'm not into the wine game enough to appreciate the vintages. Appreciate these deals so please keep them coming. I'm still getting though the Sav Blanc which is exceptional for the price
