    I think they are relying on the '1 burger purchased = 1 tree planted' to offset the emissions of their "sustainable" beef…

  Got there at about 12.20, still free burgers ( includes chips!) and beers available. Note this is at the garden bar, for those unfamiliar. Was a most excellent lunch, thanks OP!
