Pepsi tastes wrong all of the time.
Switch to Coca-Cola
Ever since Coca-Cola moved from Sydney production . It taste like crap vs before . I such a big connoisseur I noticed it first change .
Where is it produced now?
I don't know . It use to have Syd on the bottle but now I don't buy it .
@lostgoat: I'm gonna ask the vending machine dude next time I see him restock at work.
@lostgoat: Coke Australia got sold to Coke Europe a couple of years back.
It does taste different, maybe it’s from Victoria seems to have a lot of supply issues now.
Coke Europe also on sold the kirks brand to coke USA
Northmead NSW 2152.
The taste is definitely different and it's much flatter with less carbonation.
@Hybroid: I've not noticed however I buy the glass bottles because we don't drink enough even in one sitting so easier to recap & not waste due to going flat in a can.
I still reliably smash through 20 or so cans of pepsi max at work a week and maybe 6L at home a week can’t say I’ve really noticed a difference. Cans still sourced through amazon / colesworths.
That's alot
That's inviting death.
The thing is that the sugar is a slow burn
seriously, for your health and your family's sake, cut back on that shit.
13.5L of soft drink per week will F you up.
Yeesh roughly 2L/day
DammnnBut…. but… mother said to drink 8 cups of hydration a day
Geebus!!
How old are you now? And how old do you look? 😂
Well I’m asian so I perpetually look like I’m 12.
That will only last until you're about 50 then overnight you will look like you're 90.
@onetwothreefour: Well I already do the hands behind back when walking thing… next step is going to be loud clapping of hands during early morning walks.. and maybe tai chi in the park.
@Jimothy Wongingtons: Haha sounds like my life and I'm not even Asian.
Do you still have to show ID when you buy alcohol?
@[Deactivated]: No, the checkout bloke at first choice can tell it takes at least 2 decades to grow the seven (count them) hairs above my lip and a couple under my chin
You should protect your youthful looks - it means you haven't completely trashed your body.
My husband recently showed me a clip of David Spade's recent stand-up & I was amazed at how much he has aged since he was on 'Rules of Engagement'. He is super depressed and it shows on his face.
@Jimothy Wongingtons: Seriously, diet accounts for much of the gut-brain axis.
If you haven't done so already, plse seek out professional help to remedy issues so you can be the best Dad for your kiddos
…I perpetually look like I’m 12.
Is that all over? 🤭
(Cos I wouldn't be admitting that to anyone, let alone in a whole forum!)This is an oztervention, you are gonna die young mate drinking that much sugar, or at the very least spend your days flat on your back in hospital, sooner or later.
Wow… it's like you aren't even trying with those rookie numbers :P
Yeah bro 21 would be excessive
I don't drink as much Pepsi Max as I used to, but it's now about 1 to 2 cans a day. I now now look like I'm 60, but I'm not 55 yet. I'm buying the 30 packs of can and 12 packs of bottles from Amazon. No issues
BTW I saw 1.125L today at WW is $3.20 a bottle. WTF?
Don't drink that crap
in moderation
yes, water is good
@deme: yes, too much of a good thing is …….not good

You haven't had covid recently have you? It's said to affect the sense of smell and taste in some people.
No, I don't have covid. I've given it to some of my family members to try it and they've noticed the difference as well.
If you gave covid to family members then maybe that's affected their sense of smell/taste as well.
Not with Amazon, however I used to be a big Pepsi max addict and have had 2 seperate isntances where my Pepsi max purchased from Coles tasted a bit off, one of the time it was even less carbonated. They were all in date. Both times I had returned the pack to Coles and had it exchanged. The first time was 5 plus years ago and i exchanged for the same pack size, and it was bad too so I swapped to the bottles for a while. Second time I changed to a different pack size and it was fine.
The last time it happened I emailed Pepsi and they said the batch might have been improperly stored.
So I'd say that's what happened with your Amazon Pepsi. I've had a few Pepsi max cartons from Amazon in my time and they've all been fine, so you probably got a bad batch.I know with marketplaces, a lot of great products are being copied, badly, by the Chinese. The containers are almost undetectable as being fakes. I only buy online through reputable shops now so I know I’m getting the real thing. It’s a pain because these great brands are now getting very bad reviews but it’s because the product isn’t legit.
With my drinks, it dispatched from and sold by Amazon AU.
Can’t comment on Pepsi, but I had a bad slab of Coke No Sugar last year. In date, but tasted like water. It was like they forgot to mix the coke bit in. New slab was fine. Not sure what happened, must have been some kind of production issue though, I doubt it could have been storage related.
Anyone notice at both Dominos and KFC they deliberately all the time try to offload their max when ordering normal Pepsi ?
Avid Max drinker for 20+ years, litres per day in the family.
Maybe 5 years ago, it was about 30-40% of all the bottles had ZERO flavour, used to complain and I'd get the "Sitting in the SUN" reply.
Nowadays about 10% have No Taste.Never Purcahsed ftom AMAZON.
CANS are the most Consistent flavour.
Are you concerned about aluminium leeching from the cans?
The insides coated with some sort of liner without it would corrode and leak in no time due to the acids. And guess what, the liner may contain BPA.
Ok let us swap : Is it OK to drink out of BPA free plastic?
