    Are you sure? I think some you can get without PS Plus but also some you need PS Plus.

      100% sure. My wife has got ever single one and we have never had PS Plus.

  Is there anyway to get them all at once rather than clicking each costume, adding to library, going back and choosing the next?

    I have the latest PS app, I just went through and clicked each one and within a split second, it gives me the add to library, I click it and within a split second its added and I click back, there's no waiting for anything, it's a second or so for each, so it must be your app or phone if its slower than that.

    If you go into your playstation account on a PC, just open each one in a new tab on the browser
    .. then cycle through each tab and select add to library… way quicker
