My comments related to an issue I had with a WiFi router with a particular seller was as a consumer, not as competitor as I don’t sell WiFi routers.
Full details including email correspondence was made available along with my comments publicly for transparency.
Your store sells RC toys just like Banggood & you went through about 12 Banggood posts & negged along with your comment. So members who negged your last deal thought you breached the "Store Rep Code of Conduct Guidelines" -
Representatives are free to participate in other posts as long as they don't:
vote on a competitor's deal.
negatively comment about a competitor's company. Not to mention the irony in calling your eBay store OzBargain.king then getting caught sockpuppeting on Ozbargain for
constantly spamming users via eBay messages to upvote your posts on ozbargain. Also I mentioned this last time, but you've left it out again -
@WatchNerd
Asking for feedback in eBay is allowed, so, without knowing that it’s banned in ozbargain.com.au I did request the same from ozbargain.com.au members who purchased the deal. As soon as I was made aware that it’s not allowed, I stopped that. This incident happed in a 1-2 hrs window long time ago.
It’s quite regrettable to see you chasing all my deals and keep leaving negatives.
@Dave347: You're trying to rewrite what happened with Banggood though so I've cleared it up.
You don't really need to read the store rep guidelines to figure out asking your eBay customers to upvote your deals on Ozbargain might be a breach.
Bought one last time, kids loved it. Was good fun until one of the motors seized.
Yeah it's probably better to spend a bit more & get this one @Kmart with a 12 months bricks & mortar warranty - $29.00
Review here. Flight duration is 20 to 30 minutes according to the reviewer (mentioned in the comments)
Looks pretty cool, could use it for a gift for kids or adult kids in a pinch.
How dare this seller proclaim to be the Ozbargain King
Landfill.
Why did you get so many neg s???
As I explained above, my comments related to an issue I had with a WiFi router with a particular seller, as a consumer was misunderstood by ozbargain community.
I made those comments hoping other ozbargain members won’t fall into trouble with this particular seller, as I did.
Anyway, lesson learned, no more comments will be left as a consumer. Why are all your comments linked here removed?
@afoveht
Hi, my response to your question can be seen at the bottom of that thread.
A man who must say "I am king" is no true king
Can not be stacked with $5 voucher. Can use one voucher at a time.
More landfill
bought one to play with, thanks
Don't….just Don't OK? Spend your money on something worthwhile mate.
Why not? My kid loves it. So do his mates. They're 5, so… maybe it's a matter of niche markets.
Negging because issues with seller. Breaking OzBargain site rules by trying to manipulate the voting system and commenting on competitors posts.
Hi pegaxs
As explained above, automatic feedback & vote request emails issue took place long time ago over a 1-hour window, as soon I was made aware of the issue that was fixed. ozbargain.com.au already put me in jail for that for a while for that.
Commenting matter was related to an issue I had with a WiFi router with a particular seller, as a consumer. This was misunderstood by ozbargain community. Full details including email correspondence was made available along with my comments publicly for transparency.
Yeah, nah, you broke site rules. And even if it wasn’t, it was an over reaction to go around every Banggood post you could find and leave a negative comment.
It’s the same as going to every single ebay post and making negative comments because you had a bad experience with a seller…
If nothing else, it was petty and childish and store reps should hold themselves to a higher standard, because it doesn’t matter how right you are, you will always look wrong.
So, no, sorry, I am not convinced at this point of time that we misunderstood. If the router was posted as a deal, make mention of it in that post… what you don’t do it go to every single Banggood post and spray off because of a single item.
Anyway, only time will tell if your stint in the penalty box has any affect.
Issue with seller based on bad mouthing other competitors
