    Members should be aware the old posts are full of terrible behaviour from this rep. I posted some quotes from other members in a previous post the rep didn't appreciate so I was accused of being bored & told I should not comment.

    Another member said they don't communicate to customers when delays are caused by backordering stock, so the Rep asked if they work for a competitor twice. Another one here. But the rep has an amazing attitude & strives for the best to keep everyone happy.

        No mate, you don't get to control the narrative when you have the privilege of posting here. Behave like a twat and members will be reminded of that in order that they are fully informed as to whom they are dealing with, and the possible nature of that interaction. As members its our obligation to inform each other of rep behaviour. It's not a condition of commenting that one must be a verified customer. Don't like the fact intel can & will be shared about your previous behaviour? No one is forcing you to participate.

            @[Deactivated]: Regardless of your opinion of the comments they're valid & and serve a purpose. We have mods to ensure any posts & comments are valid and not spurious or irrelevant. The onus is on you is to reverse the negative impact your careless or made in haste comments have made, not for the community to simply overlook them.

          It took 9 days and an Ozbargain post to get an update on Plopz's delay, which lines up with previous critisim about not updating customers when there is a delay.

          Not sure why I would need to contact him, it's all here on this open forum.

                They didn’t know because when our team reached out to them they didn’t answer the phone. We note everything in each order and I’m glad our team have full access to it.

                Two weeks ago some one rated a product one star because they didn’t receive their order. Contacted them and it was found they placed the WRONG adress on the order and we shipped another with out even waiting for the return.

                Can you see my point ?

      Hi, can you please email us on [email protected] / if you have ordered & you ordered large quantities there will be a small delay. We had one client order 12 units of “Rockstar Purple” for example. We called all orders and from checking there was only 5 orders effected. Please inbox me your order number if it’s easier.

    You can regularly pick these up from Shaver Shop for $29. They're sold out atm so I won't neg, but I don't really think this is a bargain.

  • It has now been a week. still not even shipped yet. no communication. definitely not " same day shipping" like on the banner. All i ordered was the shampoo.

    • Hey just so you know, I'm gonna contact you about the "amazing resolution" once you reach out to them and do all the legwork finding out why they haven't shipped your products and ghosted you.

  • I called them. They said that my order should arrive thurs/friday. They said it was because there were too many orders due to the sale. I suspect that they take orders during a sale without the inventory, make a bulk order with their overseas supplier, and then post it to customers when they receive it from their supplier. It wouldnt be such an issue if they were just honest about their shipping times. They should just say it's going to take 2 weeks, rather than promote same day shipping.

      Thanks for the time on the phone. We always keep an average of 40 units in stock of 95% of our items as we do complete same day shipping. During sales we can never estimate the popularity of a sale as it depends on the time of year. We never promoted same day shipping in this sale. We also only deal with AUSTRALIAN suppliers direct. We do not ship from overseas and only sell BRAND names supplied directly from each BRAND. We appreciate everyone's patients.
