Cashback is eligible only on the net ticket value, excluding GST, other taxes, levies, and surcharges.
Cashback is ineligible on: (1) flights paid in part or in full with Velocity points or Virgin Flights credits (cancellations etc); (2) self rescheduled flights (airline imposed rescheduled flights are eligible); (3) use of any voucher codes; (4) flights booked via the Virgin Australia mobile app.

Bugger. Missed it and I already booked this morning
I'm planning to fly Sydney to Melbourne in November, with this deal its around $180 ($200-10%) but Jetstar is only $138 for the same date (and I don't have to wait 6 months for the saving).
This may be useful for some routes/dates but unfortunately, not for me.
Beware, if virgin cancel or reschedule your flight, the cashback will be voided
