  I don't really like this. The building is pretty bleh. And even with that many minifigs the set just isn't worth $450.

    If you collect the modular buildings this is the tallest one in the series.

      Is it really in the modular building field tho?

      I’m on the fence with this one being a modular set

      Plus it uses a lot of stickers which modular doesn’t. I hate stickers they don’t last forever in here in Qld. They should be printed at this price point

      Also what’s the cheapest this set has been?

      Thoughts?

        It's up to your own head, it's naturally not part of the yearly "modular set" but they design them to fit in, if you so choose.

        Like the Dr. Strange house as well, which is even more of a fit, just looks like another building if you don't display the mini figs and shares top level colouring with Boutique Hotel.         Amazon only now matching it seems.

  Its not part of the modular buildings .
  It just Marvel Spiderman theme which doesn't have the best history .
