That's an interesting looking iPhone.
Seems like all Macbook Airs they have only have 8gb of ram instead of 16gb, is that enough for full day browsing, reading pdfs, word, excel and some cad works?

If you take into account build and component quality, support, purchase cost, longevity and even resale value then Apple wins the comparison in my book.
@Grok: My S8+ is still fantastic after 6 years. I am about to upgrade but honestly reckon I've got another 1-2 years before I start to experience any problems. I think a lot of people still use this phone. Camera is beginning to feel dated but other than that she's super speedy and in perfect condition despite not treating it great.
They only just stopped updates from it a year ago, hence why I think it'll start to go downhill eventually. But certainly not yet.
Most apple users I know have gone through multiple phones in the time I've had one.
@Grok: Samsung has overcome many of that with this release. Resale value is now close. But Apple has a better resale value that’s true. When you say longevity read the comment about s8 plus and that will give you an idea. At least Samsung users or any android knows that their phone will not be slowed down due to their manufacturer updates where Apple got caught with this. Support wise Apple wins hands down no doubt. This year the S series have no competition imo. Until 15. I’m an iPhone user but will be switching.
If somebody's figuring out what's with the "15% apple gift cards", the last deal was in January and you'd need roughly 75-100 of those $20 cards and 15-20 rounds at Coles to buy them at the 5/person limit to get an iphone pro.
