This is a pretty good deal for the Mavic 3 with the RC (full not pro) controller. DJI have had this on special for $2,477 recently but this is the best price I have seen with the RC controller.
I price matched with JB (chat) so I could pick up down the road and they also had free delivery depending on your situation.

Main benefit of the sub-250g like the Mini-3 is they are allowed within (some areas) 5.5km's of controlled airports.
Get your RePL and radio operator licence and you’re right to go, except for relevant events.
@Maloo: Even with that, can you fly in national parks? not judging, just curious because I'm thinking of getting those licences
You can apply to fly in those location from the local authority ie Parks Australia. They do have certain areas you can fly in.
Waiting for some self appointed larakin to be along soon with a boring “thanks op I bought 400” with an even more boring follow up contribution by jv
Drones seem to be getting more and more expensive, particularly when there are less and less places to fly them. I know the two are unrelated, but just sucks for people who own them - too many rules and regs, that's why I never bothered buying one.
