In and out of stock for the last couple of days so didn't post anything.
Mine arrived yesterday with an expiry date of 2nd of March even though the order showed 2nd of May. I contacted them via chat about it and they said they will investigate it further.

Should of at least got a full refund, and a possible credit

      • +1

I sent them a photo as they requested and got a refund. No credit though. The item wasn't returnable.

same thing happened to me - soon after delivery this afternoon, I contacted them about the same discrepancy in dates and received a full refund and a $5 credit. I also emailed them photos.

Anyone live regionally and get big things like this delivered from Amazon from AusPost? I just moved regionally and figure its best not to, as I don't want to take the mickey. Do miss getting my drinks delivered via Amazon Flex, though.

I live on the very far northern edge of Sydney near a "Welcome to Sydney" sign, basically in the bush, but still counted as the edge of the metropolitan area for Prime delivery. It feels like I'm taking the mickey on everything. Craziest was a single order of five items that arrived separately via different couriers. I've ordered drinks a few times when I need a lot for a kids' party or something we will definitely use is on a cheap special (not this one, ugh).

I seriously wonder how they make money on larger drinks orders when the postage would be so high. 20 cans is probably almost 10 kg.

I just moved back to the city from Armidale and I did. I found if I used a street address it would normally come by some 3rd party mob, but if I used a PO box it would come via Aus Post. The local post office was sometimes unhappen to have them arrive in peak times due to lack of space to store them. I'd just do a test order and see what happens

All the time plus bottled water (usually 4x24 packs) far cheaper than supermarkets etc.

Driver made a comment about just getting from servo one time and I replied not at $13 each plus petrol usage!
