In the description of that deal

"Also get a Bigboi Touchless Dryer Buddijnr for $49 if you spend $100+, don't be fooled by its size, tried in store today, surprisingly strong. Excellent tool if you do not want to wipe your washed car or motorcycle down. I'm replacing the garden blower with this to dry my motorcycle."

  • Happy to go half of anyone near Burwood NSW wants to get one.

  • Damn, was hoping the Blowr Mini would also be on sale.

  • Thanks. Should be handy for drying wheels.

Buying a hose is almost $60, but seems to be almost a necessity if you don’t want to swing a bulky thing around all the time. I got 2 anyways in the hills district if someone wants the other.

    • Just sent you a message

    Buy two, return one….?

Never returned anything to Repco and never had to.
    Can't see why you can't?

  • Anyone on northern beaches, brookvale want to go halves?

  • Isn't it better to just dry using a few good quality microfiber cloths? That way, you can usually polish it too.

    • Yes. To dry an entire car with one of these is very tedious. They are very good at getting the water out of every nook and cranny though, like side mirrors, door handles etc.

      • This would be good for center console cup holderstoo, as a substitute for compressed air.

  • Bought 2 from lidcombe, Let me know if anyone wants to buy the other one.

    • Happy to go halves.

  • Got 2 as well near Rockdale, if anyone wants the other buddi.

  • Not sure how this pricing works.
I have $76.50 is items, (Inc catalogue discount) and get the blower for $49.

    • +1

They coded the $99 as part of the $100 spend.

      • I don't think so….I removed an $8 item, and I was charged $99 trolley price at checkout.

Haven't worked out what the sweet spot is yet….thought maybe was pre discounted price, but that doesn't work out either, 🤷

Tried 8 different stores and they all say:

"The cart quantity of Bigboi Drying System Buddi Jnr - BUDDIJNR has been reduced to 1 from 2 due to insufficient stock"

this deal is bringing a lot of ozbargainers together

    • Really? I was just thinking this deal kinda blows.

  • You now have to spend $99 on other things before the blower is reduced. The blower price isn't included in that $99.

    • Early bird gets the worm. If you just wanted the blower for $49 and you're near the hills, PM me.

      • Thanks for the offer, unfortunately I'm not. I'm sure another OzB member will be happy to take this offer though

  • Thanks OP, bought 2.

  • Is this suitable for pet use?

    • +1

200km/h air at 25 degrees above ambient - I'm gonna say no.

    • If your dog likes the vacuum or leaf blower im sure they'll love this :P

  • Thanks OP, just picked mine up. Great value for $49.

  • I'm in greater Adelaide area if anybody has a spare they want to sell. Unfortunately you it doesn't look like the cost of the blower itself counts towards the $99 now.
