It's listed on cashrewards site but not popping up anywhere on Liqorland. Maybe an error from cashrewards
Coupon “TEN” expired on the 21st..
According to Cashrewards:
Expires: Mar 22, 2023, 11:59:00 PM
Save $10 when you spend $100
"TEN" coupon seems to have been dropped from CR??
Expired last night on Liquorland. CR error.
Holy cow, the prices!!! 700mL Sailor Jerry for $60!? That was $42 only a few months ago…
Booourns Liquorland, booourns.I am waiting for the day that the decrease the bottle sizes to 600ML in line with shrinkflation.
I'm already noticing a lot more 500mL bottles in the spirits section than I used to.
Mainly Aussie craft spirits meh.
For a lot of the things I'm looking at, 20% just brings it down to Dan Murphy's price.
Guess it will be good on catalogue specials.
I found all the items I wanted to be cheaper than Dan's.
Some things are cheaper, some things aren't. Can work out substantially cheaper if you shop selectively and look for the specials.
Exactly. No idea how Liquorland gets away with their pricing. Too many uninformed and undiscening consumers evidently. Angostura bitters at $26 is the same after CR as Dan's member price - and Dan's price is certain and immediate, unlike a CR refund.
Shop the specials. Cross check the pricing. Sometimes it works out much cheaper, sometimes not. It's up to you to do the homework if you want the savings.
Liquorland has the singular advantage for me of free delivery over $100. Apart from that the backend/stock levels are shared with First Choice (which has $150 for free delivery instead).
I agree. I always capitalise on the 20% cash back and load up $100 in the cart for free deliver that usually comes within a week or so. If I'm flush with beer, chuck a couple bottles of spirits in and it's a convenient way of stocking the booze cabinet at a cheap price.
This is the first time I've passed on a cash back deal due to the crazy pricing. Jameson 700ml on special for $63?? Should be 45-55 Max. Never seen it that high.
Beer I drink is reasonably priced. Just don't need 48 bottles right now.
Hard pass. Hopefully first choice cash back deal pops up in the next couple days.Apart from that the backend/stock levels are shared with First Choice
What does that actually mean? They don't appear to share inventory or stock where I live. In fact if you order delivery it will "always" come from a (probably) distant Ll warehouse in Melb according to a cs rep I spoke with 6 months ago. I ordered some alcohol on a Ll cashback deal. Had to come from a Melb warehouse despite there being stock in a local suburb about 15km away. FCL a few km away had stock but at $20 more on the biggest ticket item. Have things changed recently?
I can search stock and the EXACT same items are all out of stock, and those that are in-stock have the EXACT same quantities available across both websites.
You'll also notice reviews will be identical/shared - in many cases, they'll talk about the item coming from First Choice whilst browsing the Liquorland website. The menus, item display, pagination are all the same too - just with a different theme for each website.
despite there being stock in a local suburb about 15km away
Because shopfront/click and collect stock is different from delivery stock (which I was referring to). Delivery will come from a generic warehouse for the most part.
Okay I get you now. They are part of the same group so may be attempting to consolidate resources. Just had a quick look at both Ll and FCL delivery reviews and they're both abysmal so maybe they always were sharing the back end incompetence. Why Ll treats its stores as a separate entity to its delivery when problems arise is a question only an out of touch Ll executive can answer.
Dimple 12 y.o. listed at $59 but adds to cart as $49 catalog special.
Approx $8.90 cashback (20%/1.1 for ex gst).
Brings it to about $40.1 litre Roku $66
1 litre Tanq $62Capri tonic 750ml - 2 for $4.90
I'd get the Roku
Thanks OP. Got Dalwhinnie 15YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
Conveniently out of stock of Coopers 440ml Green cans. Went into Dans and they had a pallet of the stuff. I'll go into a store tomorrow early morning and see if they have any.
Back on today 4-10pm - edit sorry it's Shopback today not CR.
Coupon "TEN" doesn't seem to be working for the additional $10 Off. Anyone else having an issue?
