        I thought it was illegal to sell after best before date? Not that i would be concerned on a liquor.

        Edit. Looked it up, seems fi n e as long as not perishable food.

        Most of it shouldn't freeze anyway. Freezing would be a good tip. But shake the crap out of it when it thaws. It will thaw out in seperate layers.

          The bottle will probably explode in the freezer, and you'll be picking glass mixed with curdled milk out for days. Delish

            @djsweet: Yeah, i dont know the alcohol content. Probs around the 40 proof mark.

            Most 80 proof (40% spirits - ie vodka, bourbon, gin, rum etc) wont freeze until -30C.
            Average freezer is around -15C.

            Baileys (lower alcohol content) will probably freeze around -6C.

            So yeah… Dont do that (unless you have a freezer set accordindly).

      Nah, plenty of time to buy while people were busy freaking out over the expiry date.
      Just made a drink with some coffee using an old bottle in my fridge that expired Nov last year, still tasted great and couldn't tell the difference against a new bottle. According to the guy below me I am now poisoned. Good thing there is a free will writing deal going on too.

    BB date has gotten shorter for a newer deal?

    Used to be end of March or April. New batch have already past their BB? I guess rotating stock isn't a strong point there.

    just remember ozbargainers, its 'best by' and not 'expiry date'.
    huge difference.
    expiry dates are regulated.
    best by dates are up to tge manufacturer to decide(or make up)
