With chrome cast tv 4k and fire stick max so cheap these days imo it would be almost a disservice to yourself if not using one…
Would you happen to have seen any sports-ball (lol) on it mate? Thinking it might be a decent option for my parents, if it'll go alright when the old man is watching Premier League.
Only briefly with the 7app watching the Australian open. Was definitely good enough for me, not too much pixelation
old man is that what your kids call you ?
Good price, i paid about $1200 in the deal from a year back. Picture quality is decent. When tv first turns in i can see lots of backlight but not really noticeable when show on. Watch netflix predominately so cant comment on FTA or sport.
Biggest gripe is when switching between Youtube and Netflix it occasionally craps itself and becomes non responsive to control. Happens about once every 3 weeks and have to turn off/on at wall to restore.
I'd still buy again.
Sooo cheap
I jumped out of my chair and started running to the car to get this.
As I ran I typed the address in…oh wait, this deal doesn't tell me where it is???
Cheers updated
I was a fan of Hisense until it treated Australia as a dumb fk 2nd-grade market to them.
We aren't? I must have missed the memo :-(
The vidaa junk is over 2 years old and never updated. Other markets get Google tv
I rather pay a bit more to get a Samsung or pay extra on top of that to get a Sony one. I know Samsung and Sony have very bad customer services.
Reality check. We always have been!
Which hisense matches up with the q80? A8 or a9?
Hold. TVs are gonna get a lot cheaper this year
How come, everything else is getting more expensive?
Rule #1 of high interest rates is that bare necessities get expensive or stay same, but discretionary goods get cheaper.
But TVs are essentials
@citybargainhunter: TVs are essential but not 75" TVs.
No one that I know will choose this over food or rent.
@dealhunter52: Yeah I know people with big home and big family but no tv.
Soon new models are due so they are clearing the old stock ATM.
What the better tv this or the Samsung in deal below
Assuming you can get the discount, I would personally go samsung
Good deal, I paid $1500 the 85 inch version. 75inch is the sweet spot at the moment
My parents have this one, it is a pretty nice TV. Bright enough in their room that has windows on 2 of the 4 walls.
The Vidaa app has most of the common streaming services, and initial load time didn't seem too bad.
