    I ordered a 3060ti build on 20/02. recently checked with them and apparently there's a delay with getting the graphics cards so other 3060ti builds like this one might take a bit longer than usual

      The absolute crickets from them is a bit disappointing. Wouldn't be hard to get some advice out if these 3060ti builds were expecting some delays.

      Next time I'm going to be negging these deals due to this. The absolute zero communication is very concerning. If they're essentially borrowing money from buyers to fulfil previous orders there is serious risk they go bust.

  Ordered from these guys last month, order place on 02 Feb, I followed up 14 days later with a query and was told they were waiting for me to confirm the order..

  "Orders placed by credit card on our website are processed by SecurePay with Australia Post. On occasion, and as an extra level of security, we are required to make an additional manual transaction verification. A small charge (between $0.01 to $1.99) has been made to the credit card used in your purchase. Can you please check your account and confirm the amount that has been charged? This amount will be refunded upon verification. The debitor's name should appear in your account as Tech Fast."

  Once that was done it was delivered not long after.

    Be sure to check your emails + junk folder to see if they have sent you an email to verify your payment. I ordered then a week later their sales team sent me an email asking to verify a small payment (between $0.01 to $1.99). I did this and then they immediately confirmed my order.

      They responded saying that additional confirmation isn't necessary for paypal purchases. Thanks for the help though. Now all I've got to do is wait.
