    Hard to know if it is a fault or just the way they have set it up.

    I have been on the phone to the company. I was entering through CHROME browser which was doing nothing except bringing up a blank entry form without any confirmation.
    They asked me to try using EDGE browser which i did and got a different page advertising FREE CONE DAY on 3rd April but no words of confirmation of entry.

    i have sent screen shots to them and they will look into. I will update when i hear back.
