I have had only handful of purchases from TVSN back 10 years ago and all went well.
I was looking at buying this last weekend till I read TVSN's reviews which weren't very good, but after reporting that yours arrived in 2 days I gave them a go. Also used PayPal in case there are any issues. I suppose people who's sale goes through OK rarely leave a good review, so that might explain the low review score. I'll be sure to leave a good review if all goes well.
