My 5+ transactions settlements are not working with ING despite me doing 1c 5 times and it’s already passed pending. I can see that the other criteria of $1000 deposit has been confirmed. Is this issue happening with others as well and what should I do?

Yes, last time I checked wasn't counting legit transactions I did on 1st March etc. Haven't seen this problem before.
So are you having the same issue as me, where 1c does not count towards the 5 transactions criteria? I did it on the 1st of March too.
I have legit and settled transactions since 1 March (a coffee a day, parking etc), and they haven't counted. Shows 0/5 card purchases.

Similar issue at the moment (on international transactions)
I usually find it's next business day after the transaction posts (no longer pending) that the value updates. But I do have a few transactions at the moment that cleared 2-3 days ago and it's still showing 0 card purchases. Will see tomorrow for the 2nd business day after clearning.
same thing happens to me with decent transaction amounts. At the end of the month its all updated correctly but I usually need to manually count them myself until then.

My usual legit transactions haven't counted after several days. It normally takes no more than a day or two to register.
Just my luck.. I was counting on the foreign ATM fee benefit for next month. Hopefully it gets worked out.

Same issue. I have 5 proper txns and increased balance and none are being reflected on the interest tab. (A day or two ago, the 5 txns had actually disappeared completely (after showing as pending) and my nominal increase isn’t being recognised with a tick. They’re definitely having trouble

Same here. The only thing I can think of is I made the transactions at overseas merchants as I'm already travelling.
I did make transactions across multiple dates and all were legitimate ($1-10) purchases and I can see they've settled correctly. I've tried both the card and Apple Pay. So unless its the overseas thing thats an issue I'm assuming their system is currently broken.

Ditto. I have a google reminder on the first of each month which I dismiss once ING agrees that conditions have been satisfied. I was tempted to dismiss it a day or so ago but I’ll wait until ING concur. If they don’t sort it out soon “they’re gonna need a bigger call centre”…
Same here. 5 x 1cent taps still not counted after 7 days. Last month, the utility cashbacks were not paid out after 20 days, I need to chase up with 3 secure messages to get the issue fixed.
Same for me re: transactions and growing balance, still without the tick of approval.
It is totally messed up now. I transferred in some money today via Osko and the balance has gone up but it is missing from the transaction list.
I'm ready to move all my funds from ING at a moment's notice. This is beyond ridiculous.
I raised a support ticket about this yesterday. They replied today and said it is software issue they expect fo fix by Thursday 9th March.
My issue is I have completed the required hurdles but it says In Progress still for next months benefits.

Do you know if ATM’s in Europe charge fees for withdrawals? If there are free ones which one are they?
Europe isn’t 1 country. There’s are hundreds different banks each with their own branded ATMs.
They will all tell you the fee when making a transaction so just try them and see.
With ING you get a refund of the fees for 5 transactions so if you can’t find a fee free one just use ING to withdraw.
You’ll also find that payWave/apple pay/Google pay is accepted in most European countries with similar availability to Australia so you probably won’t need cash much anyway.
My transactions were all registered today so I assume the glitch is now resolved
