Cash Back Promotion: Cash back promotions in my eyes are held like this; An offer goes out to all participating stores to offer a Promotional Cash Back for suggested models. These models are either now discontinued or something or other. These promotions are definitely subsidized by Lenovo to ensure the Shop keepers get a profit and keeps everyone happy. By this I mean, If you sell a 2 for 1. Lenovo would then give the store back the money as if they sold two of the same model in two transactions.
Reserve: I have absolutely no idea what you mean.
