    This isn't a PS5 game, please don't put PS5 in the title.

So me as a PS5 owner can't play the game, is that what you are saying?

      • +1

The PS5 can play pretty much all PS4 games and most people know this. This is not a native PS5 title, so there is no point in adding that to the title. We don't put [Blu-Ray] in the title of a DVD post even though a Blu-Ray player can play DVD's, because it is common knowledge and entirely unnecessary to add to the title.

        • Why not just point out instead that platform should be mentioned appended by an 'only' if it is exclusive? What you are suggesting creates the notion it is a ps4 and psn only title.

@CptnObvious: It is literally common sense that a PS4 game will be playable on PS5. Including PS5 in the title is just unnecessary, misleading and annoying for anyone who has alerts set up for PS5 games.

@XVX: I am a new user of Ps5 and I didn't know that. Plus Playstation says "To play this game on PS5, your system may need to be updated to the latest system software. Although this game is playable on PS5, some features available on PS4 may be absent. See PlayStation.com/bc for more details.".

This says to me not every PS4 game will function the same way on PS5. Don't assume on behalf of others.

@CptnObvious: If you don't know how to update a console, well, there's no point explaining things to you.

Given they basically force it now and games will often require it.

                Username definitely checks out.

It's not a 'PS5' game. Unless it's had updates to improve it.

@scuderiarmani: Then you are completely missing my point. This isn't about whether it is a PS5 game or not, it's about telling the OP to not put in PS5 in the title when that will just end up confusing people further. There are better formats to clarify which should be the focus of the discussion.
eg. <Game> all formats, rather than <Game> PS4, PS5, PSN, and definitely not <Game> PS4, PSN when clearly the game works on PS5.

Edit: PS. I just saw your rare replay post. Is that upscaled or upgraded for XSX? If not, then by your logic why do you have it in the title?

      • I like BOOBA

  • Anyone actually played this on ps4 and can comment on the lag if any?

    • It's not rollback. So it depends on your connection and the location of who you're playing against.
