I’m using them at the moment for a 4 week rental. Agree that so far the service has been good.
One thing to keep in mind (and it’s not just with east coast) is the high cost of adding excess reduction- my $1000 booking was quoted an extra $700 for reducing excess to $0. FWIW I use rentalcover.com instead - much better value at $190 for the month.
Is this rentalcover.com is for us citizens renting a car in a foreign country or even for a Australian renting a car in Australia.

Thanks for sharing. Rented a car recently in Cairns, the pick up and drop off processes were really fast, good on them. I had the experience with other companies that it might 30/45 minutes to go through the paperwork.
