20% off would make the price $95.20

  • @mattlg do you guys sell the lid for the carafe?I don't see it on your site? Also do you have suitable paper filters for dispersing water across the grounds at all? (Eg aeropress) I'm interested but would prefer to get all the bits together

Hey there, no sorry we don't sell any lids or any filter paper at this stage, hoping the get these in the future :) We find that the cold drip works well without filter paper, we just "prime" the coffee grounds i.e. wet all the grounds with a little bit of water before putting the drip on and it extracts well…

  • Can any coffee nerds comment the difference between a cold drip like this and a standard cold immersion brew ? Thanks

    • Hi there, Cold Drip is a little weaker, takes 3-4 hours to brew but can be drunk straight, over ice, or with a little bit of milk. Cold Brew is a stronger concentrate, takes a little longer to make (~24hrs) and is typically diluted down.

Sorry, I'm so sick of people saying cold brew is concentrate. I just don't understand why that 'has to be' the case, and is more than often not the case. No one is making concentrate in a Hario jug, for example.

Cold drip yields some weird midpoint between cold brew and filter, if I'm not offending anyone. Not quite as intense as either, but very enjoyable nonetheless. It's more convenient time wise… cold brew takes ~15 hours, so timing it around work hours and being home can be challenging.
