      Same as me! Read my number plate correctly, charged full price but was told by Samantha Hick (who responds from the sales email) my account was not setup correctly so they can’t refund the difference.

      Don’t know who manages this account but it’s surely not First Parking as even the Sales team denies this account.

    Same, it say my account was suspended and number plate could not be scanned. Ended up paying full price $20.
