Reviews on steam aren't pretty, probably the reason why its on sale in the first place. Wouldn't personally recommend this, but if you're the sort of person who enjoys these games it could be a decent deal.

    Reviews don't matter for Call of Duty. It sells. Really well and people will buy the same game over and over every year. There's even another new one rumoured for this year that's an "extension" to this one.

    the main drawback to the game particularly on release was the lack of map variety. its slightly better now, and Infected is back which is nice. but definitely feels more shallow than the previous MW and the content roadmap isnt encouraging. the gameplay itself though is fun IMO

    Do you still get slammed around corners? Last CoD I played I gave up for good after constantly watching death cams of people loading a clip into me from around a corner before I saw them on my screen and I have no idea how people put up with that crap

      Still the same with this game. I only play it because my nephew bought the game and we shared PSN account. I wouldn't recommend any COD games anymore. It's not as fun as it used to be and single player campaign sucks.

        That's what they said but are supposedly releasing another one this year. With the dwindling player numbers on MW22 they know they'll make more $$ marketing the year 2 extension to this as a new game.

    Only interested in the campaign but 35% off and still $71? Online DRM has worked wonders to maintain COD prices.

      The much older releases are still laughably priced 30 bucks for cod 1, $90 for black ops 2.. Its amazing.

      Warzone is large map with up to 150 players. Modern warfare is the campaign and small map multi player. Same guns but very different gameplay.

    As someone who bought this on PS5. It is fun for the first 10 hours on multiplayer then its get boring real fast as there are not many maps. Some of the maps are pretty damn horrible. The F1 map is the worst map in my opinion. It looks cool but it is poorly designed for actual combat. Border Crossing is another one which most people will back out upon seeing the load screen. You will constantly die from exploding vehicles and snipers who are prone on top of vehicles.

    If you considering this for 6v6, I would suggest to think twice. Perhaps give Apex TDM a try instead.
