same here - from memory I think I used an order pickup discount in the past, maybe a few years ago…

also interesting that T&Cs refer to 7AUD discount but banner sayd 5AUD

      • +1

Used to be $7, they probably havent applied inflation to T&C.

    • Valued at zero. Better than nothing

Sorry, you are not eligible for the below offer. See the Terms and Conditions below.

  • Post title and first line say $5 discount. But T&C's (which I assume you copy pasted) say $7 AUD discount?

  • Thanks! I picked up six bottles of the Nivea Men Shower Gel for $16.60

'Sorry, you are not eligible for the below offer' which means 'you've spent too much with us'

    • I’d get on live chat and see when your refund is coming

    • Nah it's to test out the parcel collect service.
You could still ask anyway though.

    • @walkerxp Don't need Prime membership
If you are eligible, spend over $39 for free shipping otherwise it's $6.99 delivery to Amazon pickup location

      Thanks @Associated I was eligible

  • One day Amazon stop doing delivery and ask everyone to pickup from their warehouse which will have cafe and free parking… ! Much cheaper than engaging drivers…😂

    • +6

One day.. Amazon will rule the world. People laugh at Alexa now but soon she will be the allmighty one selectively breeding human beings, raising them in virtual realities and making them into her own objects of desire. 😵

      • +1

Possible but before that they need to learn how to arrange delivery package for Amazon flex drivers ..!

I tried few times and it is not easy job particular if you end up in suburb full of units or main road where there is no parking then you are fcked ..!

And they pay peanuts for that work!!!

        • +1

You know what they say — you pay peanuts, you get monkeys trying to steal your peanuts

      • +2

        Disconnecting my Alexa immediately

    • although doesn't clean certain bows that well half the time

The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.

      (tried s&S and normal)

      • It says that,

        Is the price showing 13.90?

        That's important

        • +1

          Edit: works for $13.90 - s/s and $5 off :)
Had to select the the pickup location and add to addresses first.

Edit 2: There was an error with the address for auto reorder.
Hopefully the first one goes through anyway and cancel

  • Worked for me too. Thanks OP.

  • +2

thanks, I missed the $7 offer from last time, so I will definitely use this before it is gone

  • worked for me, thanks OP !

  • Thanks op. Worked for me

  • Worked for me. Didn't think it would as I spend weekly with them. Thanks OP.

  • My purchase was sold by Amazon, as required in the T&C, but when I tried to select a pick-up point, it just said "this product cannot be delivered to an Amazon pick-up location". Must be something in the fine print (there is a lot of it!) I never got around to reading!

    • How big is the product and did you select a locker? Maybe try a different pickup point inside a shop?

      • Thanks, Postman, but I tried that with every pick-up point in my district… and then I noticed that it said "an" (meaning, I guess. "any") Amazon pick-up location."

  • You must provide photo identification at pickup. Please provide your full legal name as it appears on your ID.

Think it's safe to ignore that and cancel the sub anyway. Pretty sure the first order goes through, had the same thing.

  • Pretty useless the pickup location I chose, the convenient store is always shut ironically
Couldn't see any lockers outside anywhere, assume inside.

  • Are all items able to be delivered to an Amazon pickup location? I've added a pair of goggles to my cart but can't find the option to deliver to an Amazon pickup location.

    • Have to add it to your addresses first, then can select at checkout.

Actually pretty good system (when the convenient store open), picked something up today.

  • Bought item shipped to parcelpoint 5min walk from my house. Item was supposed to be arriving today but now delivery date is another 2 weeks away. If i go to the item page i can order right now shipped to my house and it will arrive tomorrow. Looks like they gave me a $5 discount so they can take 2 weeks to deliver it. Pretty shitty deal.

    • @Villainous Your parcel may arrive earlier. Those dates may not be accurate. Before I paid, expected delivery was the next day. After payment, it changed to next week. I checked a few days ago and delivery was delayed to end of March. Surprisingly received an email today that parcel has arrived at the pickup location.

      • Yep you're right it ended up arriving today. Odd that their eta for these parcelpoints are wildly innacurate. I almost cancelled to re-order shipped straight to me as per usual. Won't be doing parcelpoint again myself.

        • Great. The eta also wasn't accurate when I placed an order to my house in Jan. It was meant to be delivered the next day (Prime) but arrived in almost a month. I'm in Perth but have received an Amazon delivery once on the next day.

  • +1

    I got targeted now.

  • Anyone tried changing the shipping address after placing the order?

  • Damn… the items I want isn't directly from 'sold by Amazon.com.au'

    Oh well

  • Is this a world record for the most terms & conditions attached to a $5 discount ?
