These are good. Cut myself twice…because they're so sharp…because they're good!

    • +5

Agreed. Use a cutting board, a slight touch from this knife will slice you open right away. Bloody sharp knife.

      • +1

Yet people will still insist that sharp knives are safer than dull ones.

        • I mean you at least don't slip trying to cut something with a dull knife

All knives can cut, but the more control you have the better, and sharper knives let you have more control cause they take less force to do the same work

    • +4

Only twice, wish I could say the same.

    • +1

I know it's crazy sharp when it not only cut me bleeding, but the fact that the cut doesn't hurt (i.e. i didn't feel the cut, i only found out when i see blood gushing out).

    • serated blade

      • +5

        aren't they the same?

        • yep my bad

        • yep wavy edge = serrated blade.

  • +5

Surely all ozbargain members already have one or more of these by now!?
    Aren't these the new eneloops?

    • most probably have the steak knives, i actually havent seen this pointed version of the knife on here much

    • +8

The ones that have them have all died from blood loss.
It's time for the next generation.

    The finger slicer!

  • What's the Victorinox chef knife that every Ozbargainer raves about?

  • Where is it made? Cheers

    • +1

      Cheers!

I can't be bothered checking either!

  • Thanks OP :)

  • Absolutely love these knives
Great to use when slicing lots of cherry tomatoes in half, like a Lazer
Super super sharp though so be cautious
    Thanks op
They are normally 10.95 where I buy mine from

  • In for two. They really are sharp and light so they're my go-to knives for small jobs chopping veggies and onions

  • Do these require you to hand wash/dry them?

    • I put mine in the dishwasher and they are still sharp as hell, no apparent damage. Just buy 5 in case.

    It’s truly OzB knife.

  • Damn paid $7 just the other day…

Oops round one not pointed end.

Ozbargain ppl are getting too predictable. Yes, I know it's sharp {insert backstory here}. Maybe ozbargain just needs to centralise comments on certain products.

    • did i mention that i cut myself on one of these?

  • Showing $12.99 now

    • Black one is still $5.95

    love these knifes

  • Would love one of these knives for slicing tomatoes and other soft fruit and veg. But… I am now taking blood thinners so the reports on their sharpness here scare me sxxtless. I am extra careful with knives at any time, and have avoided any major accidents, since one occasion in my early days when I was working in a restaurant as a chef. Guess I won't be buying one - just to stay on the safe side.
