  • Does it really support 120 devices simultaneously?

    • probably low traffic IOT ones

Do these devices support loading mesh like openwrt? Specifically 802.11s?

  • That's a pretty good antenna:price ratio?

  • I don’t know if I’m doing anything wrong, but I always see dropouts on my gl-ax1800. Mainly internet dropouts where the internet light is still on on the nbn modem (indicating there’s still internet), but the gl-ax1800 doesn’t deliver that internet to the device. Also, I know it supposedly supports 120 devices simultaneously, but sometimes one of our iPhones will say that there’s too many devices on the network, even though there’s only around 15 devices connected.

I use 2 of these with Ethernet back haul.
No issues but these were cheaper last month by about $5 each

  • This or wait for another rasus ax1800 deal for a similar price point?
