Hi, We are in the middle of loading more products on to the website, this is why we have the new products without specs, warranty, postage info because it is in the middle of being completed.
Can anyone give a comment on their regular prices on their items in general, are they cheap?
In case of Warranty related issue, what's the repair process. Return to where for repair? Couldn't see much more than 12 Months Australian Warranty.

You will have options of 3 & 5 years as soon as the websites new look is launched which is not very far away. You will need to email us the issue and will have return the phone to melbourne for repair.

Have people received anything from these guys yet? Obviously they say they are in the process of upgrading the website.

I got a fedex tracking number today. Out of hong kong. Nothing near the 2 days to ship on there website or 3-5 days delivery to Melbourne posted on twitter.
6 business days to ship.
I hate it when websites don't stand up to there website's statements.

Ah I ordered a blue 32gb as well! Thanks for the update, I think you were one of the lucky ones to get in before it got OzBargained - I called (no reply) and also sent them an email asking what happened and this was their reply:
We feel deeply sorry about the following.
We have received a tough few days in very high sales that we tried to meed the demand.
Unfortunately we have to cancel some orders and give a full refund back to certain customers that we can not fulfill the demand right now.
We have more of the S3 32GB coming which has an ETA of mid August, you can either wait or we can provide the refund.
We are very sorry for this and hope to deal with you in the future. As we will be more prepared next time as our website did experience a glitch in the quantity stock levels.
We will have a new website that will fix all of this.
Please let us know so we can move forward.

Yeah I got the same email . Not very happy. I dont know how it can be a technical glitch when they twice sent me a message that …. "Sorry we are still waiting, but they have been sent."
Which I now know was not the truth .
Receive an email 4th saying they we send one out on the Monday. Receive the tracking notification yesterday and received the phone today. Happy now.

We actually sold alot more then expected after stock QTY was tampered with as we are currently generating a new site and by mistake it was touched.
We tried to fulfill the orders on time for everyone but we had to order more as some of you may of got it a few more days later and so on,
Usually takes 2 business days to dispatch and 3-5 business days for delivery so in total 7 business days. In
We decided to cancel and refund some orders as we had an ETA to Mid Aug, but we also were able to get some more to be dispatched on Monday. We are sending out those emails to those customers right now.
Very disappointed with the service I have recieved from Millennius.
I was one of the ones who had to wait until mid August for the phone to be sent. I emailed last week to get a reply that it has been posted and I'll get a tracking number 'tomorrow'. A tracking number has never arrived in my inbox and I've sent 2 follow up emails plus I've tried to call several times but all it does is go through to the message service.
Very disapointed and I still have no idea when my phone will be delivered. Very poor customer service and I doubt I will buy from them again.
Fix your customer service Millennius, it's tragic. You've got to make time for your customers or they won't come back.
