Is anyone still having 404 issues trying to redeem points? The support have literally been ignoring it when contacting them.

    • I had this on so many different devices and browsers, the only thing that works for me is Firefox on Windows. Definitely doesn’t work for everyone though.

Support had not much idea, the consultant logged in as me on their end and redeemed one of the items that was showing 404 for me just fine

These Google Pixel Buds A Series have come back into Hot Deals… as no one seems to bite… there must be a reason…

  • Anyone have recommendations on something around this price range? Don't need the wanky touch controls and what not. Just decent microphone and audio.

    • FWIW I recently got a pair of SoundPEATS Air3 Pro - seem pretty decent so far.

      • I have a pair of SoundPeats TrueEngine 3 SE, unfortunately the case stopped working properly after a couple years. I don't even use them that much, so a bit burnt by SoundPeats.

        Thanks for the suggestion though.

        • No problem. Again, FWIW my SoundPEATS cost around $50 whilst in comparison Airpods are about 4 times that and seem to last from 2 to 3 years (https://www.headphonesty.com/2022/08/how-long-airpods-last/). Obviously pricing is approximate as you can get cheap deals and also lifespan will vary depending on use. You definitely should expect yours to have lasted longer than a couple of years if you didn't use them much so can understand the disappointment, but then again they are way cheaper.

Maybe could try QCY? I have a pair in a drawer and the sound quality was ok, and the microphone a little better (although still not great) than the Samsung buds. See https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/755625

          • @PlasticSpaceman: Yeah I don't expect quality comparing to a $200 pair.

            I'll check it out, Cheers.
