Hi all, I decided to roll the dice on a steam deck from expansys.com and ended up with a dud. The right thumbstick is permanently set to down despite physically being in the neutral position. Long story short, a 3rd party replacement joystick and calibration have not resolved the issue and it looks like Expansys will not handle the RMA process (my emails have gone unanswered for weeks).
So my next step, barring learning how to use the track pad, is to try and ship the steam deck to the US (or any valid country) to handle the RMA process and I'm looking for advice. Has anyone done something similar, or know of any shipping forwarding company that would handle the back and forth?
Edit: I should note that steam support basically said the same thing, if I can get it to a supported countries address, they will handle the RMA
