Saw these while looking at batteries.
My experience may be well dated but I would expect to pay $300 or well more for something like this.
Just add a controller and glow heat thingy.

With the advent if Lipo batteries and brushless motors, nitro is pretty much dead for casual usage.
I think they both have their advantages, I personally prefer nitro to electric…
Yep, each to their own. I built up a pretty standard Tamiya DF-03 a few years back, upgraded to a cheap Brushless motor kit and powered it with a cheap LiPo pack… didn't even upgrade the bog standard AM radio gear! It was ballistic and lasted around 45-60 minutes with the throttle 100% as much as I could. I actually got BORED before the battery died! Fitted a speedo, calibrated it three times because I couldn't believe what speeds it was doing… up to 101kph! See it here: http://youtu.be/eF_E65RM0Y4
Electric is now stupidly fast and getting cheaper by the day but nothing beats the noise or smell of Nitro ;) No good for suburban backyards though.
You guys are taking in a different language which I will need to do some more reading.
Ha yeah, feel free to ask any questions DonkeyKong. I'm out of that hobby now but I should be able to answer most of your Qs.
Buy the $15 2.4ghz TX/RX it works really well .
Nitro
nitro fuel
I think this is normal pricing - not really a "deal". Still everything at the King is like a permanent sale it's so good. I've spent thousands on planes and sailboats from this site.
Any suggestions for a chopper?

I could use one around the house.
Are they any good?
Looks like you need your own remote and they are running on fuel.
What type of petrol does it takes?
