    Humans are, collectively, getting smarter. That’s an objective truth. Perhaps the underlying problem is that the dumb ones are getting more and more visible

          @Punkboy: Average IQ has been shown to increase between the mid-20th century and early 21st century.

          This isn't 'objective truth' that humans are collectively getting smarter though. It's arguably more of an indication of IQ being a measure of IQ rather than a measure of intelligence.
