Which nbn Providers Require 30 Days Notice?

Hi all,

Coming to the end of my Superloop 6 month deal and looking at my next provider. Can anyone advise if there is a list of providers that require 30 days notice to cancel? Cant see anything on Superloops website to suggest i need to give notice so think im safe there. Be nice to know what providers to avoid with a 30 day notice.

Thanks in advance

Since yesterday Superloop have a 30 day notice period. It doesn't say if this applies to existing Superloop customers. Exetel (who were acquired by Superloop) and TPG require 30 days notice.

    Cancelling your service
You may cancel your service at any time by giving Superloop thirty days’ notice (including if you do not wish to continue to use your service during the notice period).

What a weird introduction for Superloop to make!
I wonder if they're switching their Accounting System's to use Exetel's rather than the other way around?

      • I don't know if Superloop are using Exetel's accounting system. There is a new Superloop Superhub login portal and redesigned website.

    Exetel

  • TPG

    FBB 14 days notice

  • I churned out before the end of my billing period and they're trying to hit me up for another month because of this crap

  • No their isn't any official list anywhere with providers notice periods. It will vary depending on the length of the contract or even if their is a contract at all. Most providers don't do contracts now a days.
You will need to read each providers Terms of Service or skim through them at least.

  • I am in the same boat, superloop CS send me a link, https://files.superloop.com/cis/residential/nbn/2023-11/SL_R…, I guest it only valid since nov-2023. I don't think it applies to me since I signed up before that. No sure on law, but FYI
