Yeah happened to me too. Then I got on to their chat and i mentioned how frustrated I was. I tried to push for a 40% coupon that works on everything including sale items. Best they could do was 30% coupon that works with any item including sale.
Then I repurchased my item (which was on sale) with the 30% coupon and it turned out cheaper than my original order.
They had stock, so I don’t know why they didn’t just send it from the first order
I've been finding the quality of adidas clothes I've been buying from these deals pretty poor. Not even sure its worth the heavily discounted price, and absolute madness if you pay anything near RRP.

Last time I tried using my medibank adidas gift card it removed all discounts altogether! Adidas getting tighter.

Yes I just experienced this. I added my medibank gift card and it removed the 30%. So I didn't use the gift card and will buy something full price with it another time.

Just make sure when u buy don’t try to return. Still waiting for my refund returned in December 2022. Already called 3 times and have been told to wait with no ETA
They are the worst with returns. You have to allow a long period of time for credit card purchases, and even longer when you pay afterpay. I dont even bother trying to follow up before 3 months.
It took 4 weeks for them to ship me an order, I returned it without even opening it and it took around 3 weeks I think, 7 weeks in total to get my money returned.
