INGREDIENTS: Australian Lamb Rump (78%), Red Wine Jus [Water, Red Wine (Preservative (220 (Sulphites))), Sugar, Corn Starch, Red Wine Vinegar, Vegetable Powders, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Herbs, Spices, Fermented Rice, Acidity Regulator (330)].

Keep refrigerated. Store at or below 5°C
Preparation Instructions:
Take the roast out of the fridge to allow it to come to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 160C (140C fan forced).
Remove the packaging. Set the sauce sachet aside. Preheat a frying pan on low to medium heat with a teaspoon of oil.
Place the roast in the pan and cook, turning, for approx. 10 minutes until all sides are golden brown.
Place the roast in a deep roasting tray and roast in the center of the oven for 45 minutes, uncovered.
Take the roast out of the oven, pour the red wine jus over the meat, and continue roasting uncovered for a further 15 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
Take the roast out of the oven and allow to rest in the tray (uncovered) for 15 minutes before carving.
Serve with the red wine jus from the tray
