    yep, Samsung customer service is absolutely shocking. Disappointing to see such a large tech giant but skimp on that part of the business due to their arrogance of how big they are and quality of products they sell… popularity can be fickle though ….

    I think the reason for Cashback is Samsung can frustrate their customer, so they gave up on the cashback and money in their pocket.

  I was getting an Invalid S/N when trying to submit my cashback claim. Email "[email protected]" with your SN, proof of purchase, pic of device with SN and screenshot of the error and they will fix. They took about 48 hours from the first email to resolve it
