    You can adjust the display to remove the arcade frame and can either leave at 4:3 or stretch to 16:9 ratio

  recommend getting SF2 super turbo, it includes a japanese ROM which has a more playable AI than the english ROM which is what SF 30th anniversary includes and is god-like / can't even beat the first character.
