I'm one of the people you're quoting mate. Feel like both you and the store rep are being pretty immature about this.
Lets just chill and see what the experience of new customers is. At this point - all you're achieving is getting into an argument with the store rep on every one of their posts.
No picture of the ingredients (and the one picture that's provided is very blurry as it is), so not sure whats in it. However curious to know why American Crew is so expensive? This is less than half a litre for $22.

Just to chip in on barber house. We ordered from them in 2021 for this exact shampoo. Took more than a month to deliver. Took them a week to reply to my email. They then claimed that they had some technical issues and as an apology, they would include "a card inside the parcel" which I assumed to be some form of compensation. There was no card when our shampoo arrived. Emailed them about it. No reply. I don't know who runs this business, but this is not the right way to treat your customers.

I can assure you over the last 12 months we ironed out a lot of stock supply and staffing issues.
We definatly carry allot of stock of each brand and ship from stores. Not warehouse.

You basically said the same thing last post & I did a summary of feedback over the last 12 months, it wasn't good.
Members should be aware of comments in old posts about delays in shipping. As requested by the rep I posted some of those comments here.
Also the irony of me using the comments section to comment on this store without any insults or getting personal & then being accused of attacking them when the Rep has accused other members of working for a competitor twice.
