U know, if I was to do it again, I would even consider the 55" now.
I use my 65 inch tv as my monitor. I mean its primarily a gaming console so i run steam big picture mode most of the time. But windows 11 works nicely on big screens
Make sure you get wireless keyboard & mouse so you can sit on the other side of the room to use them haha

Still a fantastic TV but also be aware that in addition to only having two HDMI 2.1 ports, on the A90J you have to manually switch between Dolby Vision or VRR and can't have both enabled simultaneously; it's quite a dance jumping between a 4K streamer and a game console if you're using the eARC. Internal apps are solid though.

It's only a phone call, so worth a shot even if "earlier this month" is pushing the friendship a bit.
You might get better results if you into the shop and haggle in person (if that is practical). I've always found (in my limited experience of having to do it) that floor staff acquiesce if you can show them the paperwork.

Hey guys just rang them deal expires midnight - they just informed me of this, also for some reason i couldnt order online because the soundbar was out of stock until feb 2nd thats why i called them and they ordered over the phone for me. When i went to pay it came up as discount expires midnight. Cheapest price for this model 83" oled ive seen.
I was about to ask if anyone actually managed to get thi deal as sound bar is out of stock at least for few nsw addresses I tried

I've noticed some sony tvs with Google TV don't support HDD recording including this one, unfortunately a deal breaker for me, I need to time-shift if I'm watching free to air.

yeah i ordered something, ive been getting alot of scam smss from various places which have been blocked on my phone, just being cautious.

not a scam - standard - they ask door width , date of delivery and if any steps and soforth ..pretty straight forward.
