The rates are nothing special for the lvrs listed. Even worse, no cashback from either than bank (normally $4-5k) or the broker ($1-2k)

You know you are in a property bubble when mortgage brokers are promoting property investment on a bargain website.

Going to get worse with hyperinflation.

The bubble will burst big time my next door neighbor brought his house 11 months ago on and now needs to sell it, why i don't know, he paid $985k he was just telling me that its worth $825k .

What suburb is this one ? Yet to see the prices going down .

    Nice!
    Good to see some transparency.
Great for govt workers who still have some job guarantee and profit from negative gearing.
Hands up all private sector slaves who will have their carpet pulled under their feet with comrade 'bo hammering down prices…….

  • "Could be a good deal for someone with LVR up to 60% and wanting to go I/O for Inv Property Loan"

    Is that correct?

Bankfirst's website states that the 4.84% rate is for principal & interest loans, not interest only loans:

    https://www.bankfirst.com.au/loans/home-loans/invest-in-prop…

    • They don’t differentiate rates based on P&I and I/O. So same rates.
