Anyone here also have issues with the AGL my account website not loading properly? Gets stuck on "loading", or takes 10 years to even load and then fails.
I had set up direct debit with a new credit card, it was confirmed and all, except for some reason it never 'saved' and my last bill payment was missed. So I tried to log in today to pay and the website is just trash and won't load. Had to use Microsoft Edge and it somehow loaded (intermittent of course). Such a mission to pay my damn bill.
Which retailer are you with for electricity and gas that have a somewhat decent online portal?
Sounds like their website is just having a day, probably no one around today to fix it. Or have you made sure to check adblockers and such aren't causing issues?
Anyway, I use energy australia and the site is good. I'm moving house and was able to setup the move in to a new place and move out of an old (on different dates) and it seems to have worked great.
