Buying advice .. Legion 5i Pro

G'day All,

I am in the market to purchase a laptop and through work in short obtain a new Legion 5i Pro (16", Gen 7) (Storm Grey) for $2350.

Would you advice to proceed or wait for a better deal.

Have you tried search in ozb to see how much it was in the past, and then maybe read all the comments to see what people think of this model?

  That is a good deal but not comparable.
  Legion is definitely much more premium product than IdeaPad.
  Better quality screen, chassis, cooling, higher wattage gpu, better CPU and so on.

I'd hold out for a 3070 Graphic Card and 1T of SSD for a similar or better price on Legion 5i Pro.

If you are looking at just specs, I'm sure there are much cheaper 3060 laptops around $1000-1500, with some 3070 laptops starting around $2000 upwards.

    $1299 atm. Spec wise decent, but does have a problem with the noise level from fans.

i have $2k in credit from black friday shoppingso just looking for the best time to buy something around that price
