You're laughing. It's the only pillow certified by the US Space foundation, and you're laughing.

        US Space foundation

I thought we are on earth

        • +8

Maybe so, but guess who will be saying "LOL" in space one day when you're stuck with an earthly pillow like a peasant whilst I'm in pure luxury? Me, that's who.

Now, I just need to get approval from the Minister of War and Finance (Wife).

        • +2

The earth is in space. So, technically, so are you and this pillow.

      • +3

But is it certified by the US Space Force?

I bought this in the last deal and it is by far more comfortable than all the other pillows I've slept on.

I am a side sleeper (used to be a 50% side and front sleeper, now 50 side and back to relieve TMJ issues) with somewhat broad shoulders and relatively longer neck. This gives really good neck support.

I have a Denton's memory foam pillow (for side sleepers), had some other firm memory pillows (also on the "pricey" side), this one is best so far.

Buy once, cry yourself to sleep over how much it was, wake up feeling great sort of purchase.

Which pillow 'model' did you get? Thank you :)

  • Nice. Thanks.

I thought David Jones had the millennium in large but I can’t find it. Any help appreciated.

If you’re not aware medium and large refer to the height of the pillow. I’m a normal guy but large seems the better fit once you have sunk in a bit. Queen refers to the base dimensions and is roughly a largish standard pillow size. Tempur pillows used to be quite small but now queen seems to be the most common size sold in Australia.

Neck scream in pain after a few night of sleeps on the Millennium. YMMV _(ツ)_/

    • +1

oh, that's the first negative review i've seen about the millennium. now i'm reconsidering the purchase. maybe i should go in store and try it first and just wait for the next time this thing goes on sale.

      • I tried it in store, felt great but pain only starts to kick in on day 4. Trying it out in store is hard to tell what it does to you over period of time. Ended up giving it to someone and move on.

Pillow hunting is really a gamble because you can't return it. Buying it on sales does make it a little less painful…

      • I also got neck pain with the millenium and ive given it a go like maybe 5 times. I felt like it was too high for back sleeping

        • Do you sleep alone in your bed?

    • I also found the millenium to be too small for me height-wise. I get neck pain too if i dont use a make-shift raiser. I wish they had the original in a large also available… i can only find the medium on the website.

    • If your matress is too soft and sinks in with your shoulder into the matress then you may have awkard angle on your neck causing pain

Poor guy is missing an arm.
      Try this instead - \\_(ツ)_/

    • You have a neck?

Guys please come to the store and try it before buying it!

No returns or exchange for this product!

How do I book a 7 night stay at David Jones to try it?

  • +3

What pillow cases can be used with these…i find they are longer than a standard pillow and the contour shape is also unusual, particularly with the millennium.

    • I think I use the tontine one. I got them from Harris Scarfe a long time ago (quilted)

  • +3

Got the original in the last deal and it's the best pillow I've ever used.

SIDE SLEEP GANG RISE UP 👑

  • Bought this last time and I thought it was going to be too low profile but I was wrong. I love this damn pillow.

I am a side sleeper and I have way too many expensive pillows and this one is the best.

Ordering another one now for my wife.

  • Showing up as $349 for me!?

    • Only you can answer this question!?

      • -1

the answer is shorter than your d*ck comment. Could have just helped someone out

        • Help with the grammar or with being clear and respectful when requiring assistance?

Deliberately making a request that way is ok, posting a cheeky comment under it is being a cheeky dck.

          • @pizzaguy: How is that offending other people? It shows up as $349 for me as well and was wondering the same until I saw the discount tag several lines below. Your comment was not helpful. A reply that would point someone in the right direction is the way to go

            • @Brakus: I tried some dick-ey sarcasm to show it's silly to state your issues as if you had an aphasic episode.

I stand my cheeky response was acceptable. Unfortunately, so is screwing up grammar and treating your potential audience worse than you easily could.

Looking forward to what comments we'll be tiptoeing around and trying to decipher, because the authors are just lazy. And yup, that one wasn't worth commenting on.

My favourite pillow is a thick feather pillow, I think Sheridan or some wank brand, and a thin K-Mart pillow sitting half on top of it. Perfect.

Note to everyone - trying it instore won't cut it. As everyone's bed is different! The softer your mattress - the higher your pillow will be.

  • They are comfy but they do take the magic out of sleeping. It's consistently the same feeling, not the best pillow you'll ever try but consistently a 7 maybe

    • Eh?

What doesn't take the magic out of sleeping then? 🤔

      • Hot partner lying next

      • You never get to wonder if it's going to be the best sleep of your life ,or an awful night of tossing and turning trying to find the good spot. These are just too reliably nice. There is no surplus enjoyment
