Kelvinator was a good brand. Not sure about now. They were consumed by Electrolux in the 80s. My mom still has a Kelvinator fridge from ~1970.
I have one of these (not sure its the same model though) and the included app is well worth the price compared to other brands who charge up to $300 for online access. Hasn't required any service call outs or anything coming up to 4 years now. I find them pretty good!

Yes I have a few of these in my house. This one and a couple of smaller ones.
Work well. Only issue with the big one is the air sounds are noisy when vane is up. Not ridiculously so but noticeable. App is excellent.
