Saw this small wooden kids piano on clearance for $29 at my local Kmart. Still had about 6 left but online showed more stores. I wouldn’t be expecting it to be on par with a tuned piano but reviews seemed pretty positive! It comes ready assembled and very well packed inside the box.

In case it’s not obvious, this is a mechanical piano-like toy. There is no volume control or power switch. It’s as loud as your kids press the keys!
This is a common misconception — this is for kids to learn how to tune a piano, rather than to learn how to play one. Gotta walk before you can fly. Also, it serves to prepare them for disappointment later in life

Looks like it’s in store only now. I checked a few and there are some with stock (green) and a few tagged as limited stock in NSW at least.
We have this and while it's fine for kids to have a bang, it's quite out of tune. So if you want to play a bit of Twinkle Twinkle for your LO, be prepared for the occasional grimace.
